«I need to be myself
I can’t be no one else
I’m feeling supersonic
Give me gin and tonic».
– OASIS, Supersonic (1994)
Forty issues.
Alvento is now a splendid forty-year-old.
He still has energy to spare, but he has learned to pace himself.
He doesn’t need to prove anything, but he continues to put himself out there.
He knows how to listen, choose his words and recognise the details that matter.
He is more confident, but he never stops asking questions.
He doesn’t chase trends, preferring to chart his own course.
And if he has a few more marks on his skin, it’s only because he has lived.
Some contents:
- Giro d’Italia Women, episodes and stories experienced from the roadside.
- Mont Ventoux, the famous solitary mountain, returns to the Tour de France.
- Filippo Conca’s beastly Sunday, in which the Swatt Club wins the Italian Professional Championship.
- With a desire for innovation, an eye to the future and roots firmly planted in a glorious past, Campagnolo has unveiled Super Record 13.
- We cycled the first four stages of the 2025 Vuelta, which will start right here in our region, Piedmont.
- Solstice day, or crossing Italy at the widest point of the peninsula on the longest day of the year.
- Places like this don’t exist: three days of alpine gravel exploration up and down the Val di Fassa.
- Abbiamo visitato l’headquarter di Van Rysel a Lille, città di partenza del Tour de France 2025, da cui prende il particolare nome.
… and much more!
